Invest in yourself.
Invest in therapy.
Therapy: it's like planting a money tree, but instead of cash, you're growing personal growth, healing, and meaningful connections.
Worth every penny, wouldn't you say?

My fees are as follows:
$210 for 75 minute sessions
Intensive therapy packages start at $810 (includes intake session 75 min and 3 hrs. of processing session)
Intensives can be tailored to your needs and goals, whether it's a one-time session or a recurring series. Costs vary depending on the duration or sessions and the scheduling details (weekdays versus weekends, virtual versus in-person). For a precise estimate, let's chat during a consultation call. Once I have a better grasp of what program would best support you, I can provide you with a specific cost breakdown.

When you embark on your therapeutic journey with me, I'm fully committed to supporting you.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48hours’ notice, as well as instances of a no-show, will incur the full session fee. However, exceptions can be made for unavoidable conflicts or emergencies, and we can discuss alternative arrangements to avoid the cancellation fee. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and I carefully limit my client caseload to ensure I can provide you with the best possible support without compromising my own well-being. Outside of our scheduled sessions, I dedicate myself to ongoing learning to enhance my therapeutic skills and better serve your needs

What if I can’t afford your full fee?
I am committed to making my services as accessible as possible. I reserve a limited number of lower-cost slots on my caseload and am open to discussing what fee would be reasonable and sustainable for folks.
That being said, I also ask that if you are able to pay within a higher tier and are interested in contributing to community care and mutual aid, that you will do so. The more clients I have who are aware of their stable income and are willing to engage in this redistribution, the more people in need I can support.

I don't accept health insurance, and there's a good reason why.
My focus is solely on working with you, not jumping through hoops for insurance companies. These days, many insurers push for quick-fix therapies, often leaving clients feeling stuck.
I believe in a therapy approach that's tailored to you, delving deeper than what insurance covers. Intensive therapy, in particular, can provide significant support for swift progress, but unfortunately, it's rarely covered in full by insurance.
So, while I may not accept insurance, what I offer is personalized, effective, and focused on your long-term well-being
